Sakura Credit is the shared workspace balance for Sanka-managed AI model usage and orchestration. The charge varies with the selected model, input and output volume, cached context, and the complexity of the work Sakura runs.
How do I buy credits?
A workspace administrator purchases a fixed bundle from workspace billing through Stripe Checkout. The purchased credits are added to that workspace's shared balance.
Is Sakura a separate subscription?
Sakura is included with applicable Sanka plans. Sakura Credit is the separate usage balance for Sanka-managed AI execution; it is not an additional per-seat subscription.
Can I enable auto top-up?
Yes. Choose a recharge bundle and balance threshold in workspace billing. When the balance reaches the threshold, Sanka attempts an off-session Stripe payment and posts the credits after payment succeeds.
What happens when the balance is too low?
Sanka-managed AI execution stops before starting a request the available balance cannot cover. Add credits or let a configured auto top-up complete, then run the request again.
What if I use my own provider key?
When a supported workspace provider key is configured, that BYOK model usage is recorded for visibility but debits zero Sakura Credit for provider pass-through cost.
