Per-migration pricing

A scoped quote before the crossing starts

Ferry is quoted per migration—not by seats or a black-box record fee. Source and destination systems, data volume, transformations, pilot cycles, and cutover requirements determine the scope.

Ferry

One migration. One agreed scope.

Start with a free assessment, then approve a fixed scope before transfer work begins. Validation artifacts and sign-off gates remain visible in the migration workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about this pricing model.

What does Ferry cost?

Ferry is scoped per migration. Share the source system, destination system, and rough volumes, and we will quote the crossing before transfer starts.

Is the assessment free?

Yes. The initial assessment captures the systems, volumes, constraints, and migration risks needed to prepare a scoped quote.

How is the migration validated?

Ferry compares counts, required fields, relationships, transformed values, rejects, duplicates, and selected business totals, with reviewable sign-off gates.

Can both systems run in parallel?

Yes. During transfer, both systems can remain live while counts and aggregates are diffed until the new system is trusted.
